Job Description
Main duties for the Accounts Assistant role:
Check and process supplier invoices ensuring they are correctly recorded in Xero, handling any invoice queries with the suppliers
Recording Sales invoices for our private sales and servicing contracts, producing weekly debtor reports and monthly summaries
Reconcile supplier accounts
Reconcile the bank statements
Reconcile card statements
Checking and processing weekly contractor invoices.
Processing manufacturer rebate claims
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
AAT Qualified Competent In Xero accounts system Have excellent knowledge of the general accounting processes within a business – must have a minimum of 3 years experience
