Job Description
  • Raising and sending monthly fee and invoices
  • Accounts and invoicing queries.
  • Posting purchase invoices.
  • Maintain monthly payroll information to send to the payroll company.
  • Filing VAT returns.
  • Dealing with bank payments and reconciliation.
  • Support with management information for the leadership team
  • Credit card management for team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Xero
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills.
