Job Description
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Dealing with customer questions/queries via phone/website/email
  • Preparing quotes
  • Invoicing customers
  • Chasing payments
  • Updating spread sheets (Excellent knowledge of Excel)
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Any ad-hoc duties that arises during the day

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • An articulate individual who is highly organized, efficient with a good telephone manner.
  • Must be computer-literate
  • Must be a Positive and Customer focused individual
  • Self-motivated and focused with strong problem solving skills
  • Must be have the ability to multi task and priorities work
  • Experience working within an office environment
  • Good numeracy, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of Xero (compulsory)
  • Payroll experience (advantageous)
