Job Description
  •  Responsible for the payroll function
  •  Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable where needed.
  •  Maintaining company ledgers
  •  Reconciliation of company bank accounts
  •  Responsible for petty cash
  •  Experience in matching, batching and coding
  •  Preparing information for auditors
  •  Recording financial transactions
  •  Accruals and prepayments
  •  Executive assistant tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Team player - working closely with colleagues within the department and across other functions.
  •  Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  •  AAT/ACCA/CIMA studying (preferred)
  •  Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
  •  Experience in Excel and other Microsoft packages
