Preparing weekly reports, administration, and other duties as required
Recording and reconciling the company's credit card/petty cash.
Process payments and financial documents
Ensure timely preparation and submission of VAT and other tax returns
Posting and Processing staff expenses
Ad hoc analytical reports and projects
Assist accounting managers in the preparation of annual budgets and income-expenditure patterns

Strong attention to detail
Execution: timely completion of allocated tasks
Problem solving: identifying, prioritizing, and selecting alternatives for a solution
Never accept the norm and always look for improvements
Self-driven, willing to deal with challenges that come in the early stages of the organization
Can-do attitude with strong problem-solving experience
At least 2 years' experience as a Bookkeeper /Assistant Accountant
Ideal candidates will have previous accounts experience either in an accountancy practice or in an industry where the company was part of a group or was split departmentally, and multi-site experience is advantageous
Part Qualified level or actively studying towards accountancy exams preferred
