The role is an important technology-oriented hire of experienced Sr Group Manager as Finance Control Transformation Delivery Lead for an engineering group focusing on Technology solutions and Implementation in the space of Finance Control Technology function. The leader will play a key role in the design, strategy, solution and implementation of Strategy Technology Initiatives in the Finance Technology, particularly focusing on key transformation initiatives which are underway in Finance and Data. The candidate will assume technical delivery accountability for FDAR, and eRecon applications which is FCA and used by Balance Sheet Governance team in Finance to perform monthly balance sheet substantiation of Books & Records, and other associated processes. Candidate will be working with appropriate Functional leads and horizontal teams to set an effective delivery model which aligns with the strategic direction firm is heading towards.
The role demands instrumental leadership and collaborative style deliveries, leveraging the relationships with Finance and ICG stakeholders where applicable. Targeting a technology leader, with a track record of delivery, who approaches problem solving and architecture with a true engineering mind-set. The role will require effective partnership with other Finance Accounting and Product Control applications like Product Processors and Ledgers to help drive the right agenda.
The candidate should have demonstrated success in developing a bold strategic agenda, driving the action plan, and building/leading a high performing team to deliver results. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to recruit, develop, and retain talent, and should demonstrate excellent leadership skills that leverage the capabilities of peers, business partners, associates and industry resources
The candidate will have opportunity to manage teams, Tampa, London and Pune. The desired hire will be a technology oriented senior person at C15 C-level to justify the responsibilities assigned.
This is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective of this role is to drive applications systems analysis and programming activities.
