Customer feedback is an essential component in ensuring we deliver good outcomes for our customers and continue to drive a customer centric culture at company. This is an expanding area and so will require the successful candidate to be adaptable to the needs of the business as we continue to evolve.

- Acting as Project Manager to implement new Customer Research Surveys and Customer Experience programmes across both Digital and Non-Digital channels
- Managing projects tactically with a quick turnaround surveys self-service tools
- Managing projects qualitative & quantitative ad hoc research projects
- Leading development/ongoing management of team processes to optimize efficiencies
- Leading roadmap development, prioritization of activity and resourcing planning
- Managing internal third-party relationship management (TPRM) Procurement and Operational Risk processes on behalf of the team
