Job Description
In this role you’ll support the day to day running of the platform alongside our 3rd party provider to ensure Customer Research surveys are developed, launched and reported in a timely and efficient manner. The feedback is an essential component in ensuring we deliver good outcomes for our customers and continue to drive a customer centric culture.
The difference you’ll make.
- Providing support for queries related to survey specifications, technical capabilities, survey build, UAT testing, costing, timings etc.
- Managing Projects, tactical quick turnaround surveys and providing technical/project management support on larger strategic programmes
- Monitoring the Medallia platform to ensure performance is as expected e.g. data feeds, survey responses, reporting etc. and managing incidents through to resolution
- Managing user lists to ensure access requests are reviewed in a timely manner
- Supporting Product Owner with Procurement/Governance/Risk/Third party relationship (TPRM) tasks as required
