This is a key role in the business where you will be operating as part of the senior management team, leading the transactional finance team of 10+ through change and finance transformation. You will be instrumental in implementing robust financial controls across the region and will have exposure to stakeholders based globally, up to board level.

The successful candidate will have a background in managing transactional finance teams of 15+ within a large, ideally multinational business. You will be able to manage finance transformation including having experience leading a team through change. The ability to roll up your sleeves in order to understand existing finance processes and drive improved controls accordingly is key to this role. The ability to communicate at all levels is essential, the role will have exposure to the senior leadership team as well as global stakeholders and will be very much be seen as a key position in the business.
