Job Description
  • Processing job sheets and ensuring calculations are correct.
  • Prepare and send invoices/credit notes to customers.
  • Monitor debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtor’s days' sales outstanding.
  • Liaise with customers, Suppliers as well as internal personnel.
  • Recover debt from customers.
  • Create procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention.
  • Assist in Year-End procedures.
  • Petty Cash management.
  • Record petty cash and credit card transactions on the Finance accounts system.
  • General office duties, including filing, postage, answering the phone and emails.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Calculations
  • Debtor
  • Finance
  • AAT qualified (Preferable but not essential).
  • Experience with Company Bookkeeping.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Spreadsheets), Sage, Xero.
  • Good communication skills.
