Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Be a key member of the Group’s central Inclusion team – working as part of that team to design and implement the Inclusion strategy
  • Ensure you are up to speed on the full Inclusion strategy and responsible for implementing specific aspects of the strategy
  • Design and leads multi-year Inclusion culture change programme ensuring our perspectives are central to the Inclusion team
  • Brings the Group’s Inclusion strategy to life here, identifying where the strategy may need to be adjusted to accommodate the businesses’ unique challenges
  • Identifies Inclusion problems and works with central Inclusion team and business to solve those problems
  • Identifies opportunities to pilot new and innovative solutions - shares outcomes so that the rest of company can benefit
  • Responsible for designing and implementing large-scale, complex and global Inclusion projects
  • Understands the specific regulatory issues/opportunities which impact company
  • Ensures accurate and timely reporting on progress towards company’s Inclusion goals; analyses data; and provides insights and recommendations to leaders
  • Establishes strong relationships with HR Business Partners, HR Consultants, Heads of HR and WPB Executive Committee to determine how to best achieve an inclusive culture within their areas
  • Engages with business leadership and communications teams to deliver impactful messages of Inclusion

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced influencing skills coupled with the ability to challenge and change mindsets
  • Extensive HR or relevant business experience within fast-moving, complex and demanding corporate environment where operational diversity and inclusion issues have to be handled on a large scale
  • Engage and motivate a volunteer force this is essential to delivering embedded change and utilizing available but limited resource
  • Ability to multitask and deal with ambiguity
  • Experience of working on transformation and/or change programs and within diverse regulatory frameworks
  • Demonstrate up to date knowledge of the external environment, the competitive landscape and broad macro-economic trends.
  • Possess an understanding of how to use this knowledge to create competitive advantage, bring traditionally siloed functional specialists together and to think holistically about human capital and organizational culture
