Job Description

You will hold a broad portfolio of work across a range of resourcing areas for the charity. You will bring energy and drive and be happy to get stuck in - really utilizing the six-months to help the organization move forwards with the operations and infrastructure of the organization. You will help the organization with some key tasks and keep up the momentum of establishing and developing their systems, policies and processes across a range of different resource areas in line with their operational plan. You will be responsible for the continued development of the charity's administration and resources functions, while understanding and responding to the needs of both the staff team and the organization. You will lead on HR - supporting the organization foster a positive and professional organizational culture.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in a similar role, having had responsibility for financial and administrative management. You will have experience in financial planning and strategy, as well as good knowledge of HR compliance and practices. You should possess the experience of working at a senior level within an organization, along with the experience of developing a positive, high performing organizational culture and supporting teams through change.

Finally, you will have demonstrable experience of managing effective and efficient staff teams in a small to medium sized organization; and experience of working in and responding to a regulatory environment, with the ability to oversee Chance UK's obligations under GDPR and Health and Safety legislation and develop best practice policies and procedures.
