Reconciling month end balance sheet items to maintain working papers.
Preparing month end journals (Payroll, Prepayments, Accruals, Depreciation)
Producing monthly management accounts to issue to clients.
Reviewing general ledger transactions to ensure costs have been coded correctly.
Answering emails and phone call queries for own clients.
Administrative support to the Finance Director, ensuring deadlines are met
Issuing reports directly to the board of directors.
Preparation and submission of PAYE and VAT Returns.
Providing support and training to accounts assistants.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This role would suit an AAT studier or part qualified in ACCA
