Job Description

You will help motivate and encourage and set initiatives for the team to inspire them to achieve. You will identify and manage key client relationships, show how to grow those relationships, and clearly define clients or sectors you are looking to build on. You will create a clear business plan, providing the framework for the growth strategy and showing how you will grow team revenue and targets to enable future hires.

  • Private Equity Practice – Partner to Associate level for investment teams of venture to buyout funds
  • Portfolio Practice – CFO/ CEO Search for Private Equity backed businesses
  • Fund Finance – CFO/ COO Search for Private Equity backed businesses
  • Lead retained searches for clients.
  • Manage the research team in mapping, approaching, and then meeting with candidates for potential assignments and following due process when adding candidates to systems/market maps.
  • Marketing the Investment businesses across Europe.
  • Manage key client relationships.
  • Support on work stream initiatives to develop the brand offering.
  • Be an active member of the management team and support business initiatives and work streams.
  • Support in helping grow and build the business through hiring initiatives.
  • Assisting with Group Marketing initiatives and events.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will have experience of leading people and have a strong track record of recruiting within the investment space. Ideally you will have a network focused on placing investment professionals, operating in both private and public markets, across a range of seniorities.

  • A university degree (Ideally a 2:1 from a Russell Group University).
  • Strong written and verbal language skills.
  • Ability to speak another European language (preferred).
  • A desire to develop business.
