Job Description
You will be working within a team of 4 and also supporting the accounts department mainly within an accounts payable function and stock management, assisting the Financial Controller with any other tasks.
Main responsibilities to include but not exclusive to:
- Processing purchase invoices into Sage and Tesseract
- Ordering stock for Tier 2 Engineers and arranging delivery to lock up
- Creating monthly stock take for Engineers
- Dealing with congestion charge for 32 vehicles
- Continual review and update of “goods in, deliveries and stock received” recorded accurately on system
- Monthly stock take controls – warehouse & ultra-guard
- Admin support for all fleet information, tracking, parking apps and congestion charges etc
- To maintain good working relationships with all personnel
- To work closely with Customer Service
