Job Description

You will be providing the highest quality administration and assistance to the Private Client Financial Planning Team. You will be responsible for processing a wide variety of tasks to support the requirements of the Business.

Responsibilities

  • To place client trade instructions within agreed timescales ensuring timely execution.
  • To accurately record and maintain client data on Intelligent Office.
  • To ensure emails/files are uploaded in accordance with our agreed standards.
  • Ensure prompt and effective communications with internal/external contacts in line with our service level agreements.
  • To build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and key contacts.
  • To plan, organize and priorities work activities to ensure targets and service standards are met.
  • To develop and maintain a good understanding of financial products and associated legal and regulatory requirements.
  • To act as an integral, professional point of contact for internal/external contacts.
  • Processing new business and tracking this through to completion, ensuring key persons are kept informed on a regular basis.
  • Deal with daily post, emails and other communications.
  • Any other work of an administrative nature or project work to ensure the smooth running of the business, including providing support for and to other Business Support staff.
  • Participating with the training of new starters as and when required and also actively sharing knowledge with the rest of the team.
  • To ensure process guides are maintained in accordance with any changes.
