Financial Controller

Job Description
- Ownership of all management and financial accounts and all regulatory reporting
- Analysis of profitability by client & product and providing high impact insight for executive stakeholders
- Develop Financial reporting across the business, ensuring effective, timely and accurate
- Manage the annual Budget, 3 Year Plan and periodic reforecasting process
- Management of the finance reporting team ensuring their development and potential is met
- Review and monitor the Business cash flow on a regularly basis, ensuring effective management of working capital.
- Leading negotiations and managing relationships with suppliers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified accountant, ACA, CIMA or ACCA (or equivalent)
- Experience working as a Financial Controller within a SAS or Tech business
- Strong technical accounting background and experience of leading a team
- Strong analytics skills (Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint) and experience using Xero
- Fantastic communication skills, excellent stakeholder management and ability to work at pace
