Job Description
  • Allocate sale receipts and maintain sales ledger accurately
  • General maintenance of purchase order system
  • Check and process all purchase invoices accordingly
  • Prepare monthly supplier payment
  • Process petty cash claims and company credit card expenses
  • Prepare bank reconciliation
  • Assist monthly payroll preparation

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • AAT
  • invoice
  • Previous office based experience
  • A desire to work in a finance related role
  • Excellent IT skills: MS Office
  • Be flexible, enthusiastic and keen to learn
  • Be immediately available or on short notice
