Job Description
  • Process and approve invoices and maintain Purchase Ledger for all products
  • Process and approve invoices and maintain Purchase Ledger 
  • To query invoices with suppliers/Managers, seeking authorization where necessary
  • Monitor, Categories and redirect emails in the Accounts inbox
  • Ad hoc posting of payments and allocation
  • Purchase ledger statement reconciliations
  • Ad hoc reporting and relevant filing
  • Ad hoc cover

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • This role would suit someone who is keen to start their career in finance and you will be trained up over time.
  • Alternatively you may have worked in a similar Accounts Assistant role
  • You must be able to demonstrate good numeracy skills and have an analytical approach to problem solving.
  • We are looking for a great communicator and passionate about giving good customer service.
  • You will be proficient on Word, Excel and Outlook - ideally you will have experience on Sage, but this is not essential.
  • If you have an AAT qualification this is desirable but not essential
