Job Description
  • Processing and coding all supplier invoices
  • Using Sage to maintain Purchase Orders
  • Ensuring stock levels are recorded to match Purchase Orders
  • Ordering stock in line with purchases
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Create weekly payment runs to be approve by Finance Director
  • Answering queries from customers, occasionally escalating emails
  • Post daily bank transactions and prepayments
  • Assist with Audits
  • Month end reconciliations of all accounts, purchase ledger accruals and post monthly depreciation
  • Various adhoc tasks and assisting with the smooth running of the department
