Job Description
- Preparation of month end journals into the general ledger
- Completion of certain balance sheet reconciliations
- Investigating month on month profit and loss account variances
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- Involvement in the preparation of the Statutory Accounts and subsequent audit
- Assisting with quarterly VAT returns and annual corporation tax returns
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- ACCA, ACA or CIMA
- 6 to 12 months experience working in a finance team
- A-Levels A-C
- Early stages of accounting qualification beneficial
