Provide a high level of excellent telephone and email support to Accounting Customers
Manage daily work flow for Customer Support Executives in the team
Provide training and on the job training for colleagues to grow their accounts knowledge and customer service skills
Write, update and maintain support and training materials
Ensure you and the team have a deep knowledge of products
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, or AAT Level 2 or above)
Three years experience working in an Accountancy Practice
Experience and knowledge of 2 of the following: Knowledge of bookkeeping up to trial balance, understanding of double entry transactions and journals required after the trial balance has been input, final accounts preparation, understanding of different accounting standard
