Job Description
- Working with the Group Accounting team and the Business Units to deliver monthly group consolidation reporting
- Analyzing and reporting on various areas such as retained earnings, goodwill, intangibles, fixed assets
- Assist the Finance business partner in areas such as long term/short term prepayment analysis, amortization calculations, tech accruals, invoice matching and actual v forecast analysis
- Overseeing internal system controls (preventative and detective) to provide quality assurance over financial data
- Overseeing the management of the global chart of accounts
- Assist the Senior Group Accountant and Head of Group Reporting with ad-hoc projects for corporate and group reporting
- Support Corporate teams and International Business Units on resolving queries
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Part qualified to newly qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
- Strong communicator - written and verbally
- Experience within a head office/group accounting environment
