Job Description
- Monitoring and recording payments and receipts on all sterling and foreign currency bank accounts
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reporting - including Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasts
- Monthly bank reconciliations across several banks and currencies
- Preparation and assisting on producing regular reports including Private Equity, Quoted Equity and Credit Risk
- Administering investments across various asset classes, including Private Equity and Quoted Equity.
- Quarterly VAT and annual tax returns
- Completing all tasks adhering to robust internal controls
- Preparing and reviewing personal and business-related payments.
- Resolving day to day queries on payments
- Ad hoc project support
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Working towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA (must be actively undertaking exams currently if part qualified)
- Degree educatedHigh level of numeracy and accuracy
- Ability to work to a deadline and have high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- French fluent advantageous but not a necessity
- Cryptocurrency experience is beneficial but not a necessity
