Manage key relationships with over ten Senior Stakeholders.
Produce monthly management accounts including commentary and variance analysis when necessary.
Ensure departments have useful and relevant financial information available when necessary and that the charity’s strategic and operational plans are understood by all.
Suggest and implement ways of improving the charities income.
Assist with finance process improvements.
Work together with the finance team to ensure a collaborative approach is carried out at all time.
Maintain the fixed asset register and assist with producing year-end reports.
Ensure the organization views finance as an approachable department.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Be a part-qualified Accountant.
Have proven management accounting experience.
Be able to manipulate data in Excel.
Have an appreciation for the not for profit sector.
