Job Description
- Overseeing all aspects of financial controlling, budgeting, cashflow forecasting and financial planning.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial statements and reporting
- Business partnering regional general managers and board directors
- Take a hands on approach with tactical and operational financial management
- Work with legal resources to ensure compliance with global taxation
- Continually streamline processes and financial practice
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A detailed and methodical person who loves to understand the full business picture through numbers
- Ability to identify any financial anomalies and improve processes or technology so it doesn't happen again.
- Global awareness; experience with multiple European and US operations would be an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills
- A strategic thinker with the willingness to roll your sleeves up and get hands on in different areas of the finance function.
