Provide management with internal reconciliations, reports and analysis on timely basis.
Prepare quarterly management accounts
Prepare and submit VAT Returns.
Liaise with auditors, tax accountants and compliance intermediaries.
Ensure that all intercompany transactions are processed in an accurate and timely fashion.
Prepare year-end financial reports for all the companies.
Making payments via BACS and cheques, managing petty cash
Taking a proactive role in credit control.
Take ownership of internal payroll processing using Payroll Manager software.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful Finance Accountant will be either Qualified (ACCA, ACA, ACMA, CIMA) or Qualified by suitable experience to run the finance function of a small business.
