Job Description
- Accurately code and post purchase ledger invoices
- Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and reconciling supplier statements
- Dealing efficiently with purchase ledger queries and staff expenses claims and payments
- Credit card management, new cards, queries, limits, processing of transactions
- Set up new client accounts
- Working with Client Service team and Senior Finance Manager to raise timely sales invoices for a month-end deadline
- Credit control
- Ensuring tidy purchase and sales ledgers are kept at all times
- Drafting and posting of Inter-co charges and re-charges
- Assisting the Accountant, Senior Finance Manager and Financial Controller with other general queries
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Credit Control
- Sales Ledger
- Client Requirements
- A mature and responsible attitude, ideally with a financial degree or similar
- 1-2 years experience within a finance / accounting role previously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work to deadlines and on own initiative
- Keen to work in a design studio environment and culture
- Technologically savvy and willing to embrace new technologies and processes
- Paprika is desired but not essential
- Excellent Excel skills
- Great Team player
- Good Communicator
- Eager to learn and study
