Job Description
- Accurately processing a high volume of production supplier invoices
- Supplier queries
- Verify the bank details for new suppliers
- Maintain accurate and up to date supplier/Artist details and account records
- Reconciling supplier account vs. statements
- Monitor shared email address for supplier queries, statements, invoices that need to be added to our system
- Ensure all invoices received correctly account for VAT
- Raise and processing sales invoices in SAGE
- Maintaining accurate and up to date customer details and account records
- Update the Credit control spreadsheet
- Manage Creditors listing and setup the bi-weekly payment run process
- Setting up same-day priority payments when requested
- Posting all payments into SAGE
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- SAGE 50 experience
- Minimum two years practical bookkeeping experience
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment
