Job Description
- Creating financial models
- Budget setting/ Forecasting
- Overseeing month-end and operational finance
- Payroll
- Supervising a team of two direct reports (an Accounts Assistant and an Analyst)
- Improving processes/ systems
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or be sitting your final papers)
- Have advanced Excel skills
- Have experience in Budgeting and Forecasting
- Have worked within a finance department for at least five years
- Have led/ managed a small team before. If not, you will be able to display a passion to do so
- Be an excellent communicator, able to speak to a variety of audiences
- Have worked within financial services (not essential)
- Be available to start a new role within a month (at a push, for the perfect candidate, my client could wait six weeks)
