  • Processing the purchase invoices
  • Assisting the accountant with various tasks
  • Managing employee expenses
  • Credit cards reconciliation
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Dealing with internal/external queries
  • Support monthly payroll, pensions process and year end process
  • Dealing with the Accounts Payable inbox and respective queries
  • Setting up weekly payment run Beneficial Skills
  • Good level of communication
  • Knowledge of Xero
  • Strong on Microsoft Excel Accounts Assistant

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • The ideal candidate will have experience and good communication skills where you can engage with your colleagues and external stakeholders when required.
