• Provide strong leadership and direction for the client service team ensuring financial performance and great teamwork are consistently achieved
• Deliver an excellent food offering which is continuously reviewed and challenged to make sure it meets customer expectations
• Liaise with operational and support colleagues to ensure their positive input to proposals, presentations and site visits
• To maintain positive client relationships ensuring we are true partners in their business
• Assist on the development of the Management team across the business through proactive support, encouragement and advice
• Monitoring workflows and management of company accounts

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Thrive on getting the best out of people and maximizing commercial opportunities
• Draw satisfaction from managing, training and supporting a team
• Provide a professional catering service, ensuring that company standards are maintained and that Client expectations are met
• Previous experience in an Account Manager or Account Director role ideally in Foodservice
• Strong understanding of report writing and financial management.
• Excellent management and communication skills
• Good delegation and influencing skills
• Able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving
• Ability to devise and implement strategies to benefit both the company and the client
• Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
