You will ensure facilitation and assurance for procurement, contracting and grant activity. You will provide leadership and oversight of the efficacy and efficiency of procurement processes, contract and grant execution processes and contribute to the organizations overall contract management approach. You will work collaboratively with a faciliatory approach, building constructive relationships with commissioners as well as procurement and other technical specialists.
We are looking for candidates with who have the leadership skills and extensive knowledge and experience of procurement contracting and grant making across public services. You should be a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply or demonstrate equivalent experience.
You must demonstrate exceptional ability to build relationships, influence and negotiate with stakeholders and partners at all levels working across organizational boundaries, building rapport and motivating others to succeed.
