Job Description
- Processing invoices
- Generating weekly Aged Creditors report.
- Liaising regularly with the team to address queries and ensure invoices are approved for payment.
- Administer invoice inbox.
- Assisting the Finance Manager in implementing invoice tracking tool.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong transactional background dealing with Accounts
- Strong working knowledge operating
- Advanced excel skills.
- 2+ years experience in a finance team
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
