Job Description
  • Manage payroll  and any employees, contractors, or freelancers
  • Prepare and file tax documents, including annual tax returns and quarterly
  • estimated payments
  • Create and maintain financial records, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist with the management of personal and business accounts, including
  • reconciling bank and credit card statements
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments,
  • managing emails and phone calls, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and handle sensitive information with

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A minimum of three years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Fluency in English is required
