Job Description
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for a portfolio of renewable energy SPVs and investments in different currencies and jurisdictions
- Provide commentary on budget and forecast variances
- Prepare monthly consolidations for sub-groups and statutory financial statements
- Provide information and liaise with auditors
- Work with overseas service providers to ensure accuracy of financial information
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns
- Prepare reports for external debt providers, ensuring compliance with contractual terms
- Apply technical accounting and regulatory knowledge to preparation of financial reports and updating and implementing accounting procedures and processes
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified Accountant ACA/CIMA/ACCA, ideally 1-2 years PQE and graduate with 1st class academics
- Strong experience in management accounting and reporting in fast paced, growing businesses
- Experience with reporting and consolidating across multiple currencies and jurisdictions
- Exposure/experience within the renewable energy sector is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information clearly and concisely
- Must be hands-on, multi-tasker with excellent time management skills able to work in a dynamic environment
