Job Description

Your new role
In your new role as Accounts Payable clerk you will be responsible for matching and coding supplier invoices, you will be preparing and posting inter company transactions, reconcile supplier statements and resolution of queries, weekly payment runs along with any other duties requested by the Finance Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have recent and relevant Accounts Payable or Purchase ledger mid-high-volume processing experience. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be a highly organised individual. Experience of query handling and resolution whilst maintaining confidentiality and dealing with sensitive information is essential to the role. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Nav or Business Central accounting software and Sage would be desirable.
