Job Description
This position has responsibility for developing and managing customer propositions and strategies related to personal current accounts, with a focus on P&L, overdrafts, vulnerable customers and regulatory compliance. It is a commercially orientated role with a strong emphasis on creating good outcomes for customers and the Bank.

- Help shape the customer overdraft proposition, including for vulnerable customers, propose initiatives to drive the Banking P&L whilst ensuring good customer outcomes and demonstrate robust regulatory and conduct compliance.
- Influence future changes using clear, concise and compelling communications, including presentation skills, crafting a good storyboard and explaining complex information in a simple, easy-to-understand way to senior audiences.
- Collaboratively work with stakeholders and senior colleagues to agree and deliver large scale initiatives based on strong insights and clear business cases that help to grow, protect and simplify the bank.
- Manage different types of risks related to our propositions, providing assurance to senior management and ensuring compliance with regulatory, industry and internal governance requirements.
