Job Description

Our client, a leading employer of choice with a stellar reputation for reward and talent retention, is looking to source a credible and commercially astute Strategy Finance Manager. This dynamic role will focus on partnering with the Property Strategy team, steering decision making when it comes to developing existing sites, as well as new site acquisitions.
Main duties include:

• Redefining the approach and modelling to understand which states do exit/extend/trade
• In-depth analysis of the current estate and working closely with the property team to identify opportunities for growth
• Leading site visits to gather insight
• Owning all financial modelling and outputs which drive strategic decision making
• Writing strategic proposals which will be reviewed at board level
• Act as key participant of Investment and Property meetings to articulate business cases
• Owning the Property Strategy KPI pack

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Senior stakeholder management and influencing
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and translate business strategy into operational plans
• Complex financial modelling essential, property financial modelling preferred
• Able to join the dots at speed and identify key drivers of financial outputs
• Strategic mindset and ability to work across multiple stakeholders in matrix environment
