Key Work Streams / Tasks - Assisting a Director or leading on;
- Acquisitions and disposalsBrochure writing, viewings/inspections, liaising with clients, agents and other advisors, preparing Heads of Terms and general due diligence
- Development Management, Advisory and Consultancy
- Manage development projects (commercial perspective) alongside PM’s
- Report writing with clear strategy recommendations
- Presenting to clients
- Head lease re-gears
- Involvement in development agreements and forward funding
- Coordinating and managing clients’ professional teams
- Financial analysis via;Argus Developer – development appraisals
- Argus Cap Val / Circle – cash flow analysis
- Excel – appraisals, valuations and marriage value
