Job Description
- Provide in depth analysis behind , that provide insightful knowledge for the business decision makers
- Work alongside Systems Accountant to improve current processes and gain efficiencies
- Assist the team in the production and maintenance of rolling forecasts and annual budgets
- Various ad hoc analysis of operational performance and projects
- Support the achievement of all financial deadlines, targets, and audit
- Performance analysis of business units, for example retail performance, on site activities
- Develop and maintain financial controls alongside the Systems Accountant
- Proactive business advisor to the Board, Executive Group and for the leadership team with production of management accounts.
- Lead on the onboarding of new acquisitions to integrate with in our reporting system
- Mentor junior members of the Management Accounts team and lead and drive team projects
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- To be successful in this role, you will be an ambitious individual with excellent attention to detail, ACCA/CIMA part-qualified and if you have multi-site experience that is a bonus.
- The right individual will be somebody looking to take on more responsibility as the group continues to expand with an inquisitive mindset.
