Job Description
- Preparing and presenting financial statements from client accounting records
- Production of management accounts and unincorporated and ad hoc financial accounts
- Production of corporation tax computations and returns
- Production of income tax returns; including partnership
- Producing audit files, performing audit testing and overseeing junior audit staff
- Management and training of junior and trainee staff
- Bookkeeping services and VAT returns; including responsibility for delegated work
- Liaising directly with clients
- Ad hoc financial reporting and managerial tasks
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with at least three years post qualified experience in practice and strong technical accounting skills and knowledge.
- Good communication skills are essential for this position as well as having a 'hands on’ attitude.
- It is beneficial for you to also have experience with accounts production system, taxation software as well as various 'standard’ accounting software (such as SAGE, Xero etc).
