Job Description
- Providing performance planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis for the different projects in the portfolio
- Updating the financial data for the different projects in the management system
- Monitoring each project profitability.
- This includes direct costs, sub consultant fees, expenses and exposition among others
- Tracking and updating cash flow generation for each project in the portfolio
- Booking of accruals, preparation and issuance of purchase orders, sales invoices in accordance to billing plan
- Business partnering with the different Project Managers, providing support and guidance when needed
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Working experience in an equivalent role, managing different budgets
- A natural team player with well-developed interpersonal skills, able to promote good team working and co-operation
- Excellent IT literacy, especially MS Excel.
- Experience working within the consulting or construction industry would be advantageous
