Job Description
- Review and oversee supplier expenses,
- Work with the Build Managers to review and manage the time being billed for a project
- Monitor expenses, ensuring they stay on track and submitted timeously
- Investigate any project variances working together with the Cost Control Supervisor
- Oversee overhead charges, reviewing account totals related to project assets and expenses, relaying findings, and analysis to the Build Managers
- Create and approve all project-related billings
- Oversee all project-related financial administration.
- Create and submit government reports and tax returns.
- Responsible for compiling information for both internal and external auditors, as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Have a background in Project Accounting
- Have intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, )
- Be studying ACCA or CIMA
- Be experienced in working with large sets of data
- Be eager to join an established Finance team, reporting directly into the Finance Manager
