Job Description
- Ensure group monthly management accounts are prepared in accordance with deadlines for up to 3 companies all more than 45+ Million
- Prepare annual accounts and reconciliations for external auditors
- Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations for all the companies within the group and fully understanding the financial position.
- Produce the monthly finance pack for the Performance Management meetings.
- Responsibility for reviewing, understanding and reporting on any variances to forecast
- Preparation of financial reports and models to assist in the evaluation of business initiatives, sales opportunities, investments and new projects.
- Liaising with senior management with the distribution of monthly forecast reporting pack with commentary to senior management.
- Creation and distribution of monthly financial performance reports at a group level and for each individual company within the group
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- The successful individual will be ACCA/CIMA part qualified or qualified by experience and will have delivered a full management account pack, dealing with stakeholders on a regular basis.
- They will be analytical with good attention to detail and be able to communicate across all levels of the business.
- Advanced Excel skills are also essential.
