Job Description
- Ensure VAT correctly posted and is correctly reported and re-claimed in line with HMRC guidelines.
- Responsible for preparation and submission of VAT returns and other reporting for UK and Ireland.
- Review and liaise with auditors in production of Corporation Tax calculations and returns for UK and Ireland entities.
- Complete annual Group Corporation Tax Packs
- Preparing monthly accounts to enable production, Balance Sheet, cash flow, sales, margin and overheads analysis.
- Making comparisons of actuals vs budget vs prior year.
- Reconciling and Reviewing Balance Sheet for each period end.
- Prepayments, Stock and Accrual Postings.
- Review sales and margins as well as forward orders.
- Reviewing company's overheads.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- The successful Management Accountant will be an experienced finance professional who is QBE/part qual or fully qualified.
- You will be keen to learn and develop your skills and have the confidence to work independently and suggest improvements.
