Job Description
- Analyst tasks such as; annual Budget process and review, as well as ongoing monthly forecasting
- Analytical review of the Group businesses on a monthly basis, focusing on margins and logistics
- Developing and analyzing other operational metrics and KPIs across the different companies
- Sales reconciliations, reconciling between online source payment gateways back to the Accounting system.
- Processing purchase invoices and preparing the monthly payment run for suppliers.
- Following up on any account queries
- Fixed asset reporting and preparation of month end balance sheet reconciliations
- Liaising with the Sales and Operations departments as necessary.
- Preparation of month end management accounts
- Update and maintaining cash flow
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience working in an Accounting role with proven financial analysis and accounts experience
- Part qualified CIMA, ACCA or AAT preferable
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Experience with online accounting packages such as; Xero and QuickBooks
