Job Description
- Pricing the services
- Dealing with the current management accounts clients and reviewing the current pricing and work load
- Making improvements to external and internal procedures
- Reviewing of the management accounts with the client
- On-boarding of new clients
- Monitoring and reporting on costings of the service lines
- Initially, this will include the physical preparing of certain Management reports on a number of clients
- Suggest improvements to clients systems and processes where relevant
- Building and maintaining of client relationships
- Training team members
- Helping to on-board and train new employees
- Client Relationship Management
- Ownership and development of accounting and bookkeeping software systems
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- ACCA / CIMA qualified, part qualified or "qualified by your experience"
- Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Personable, pro-active, professional
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
