Job Description
- Owning the purchase and sales invoice input process
- Owning the credit card expenses process
- Efficiently completing weekly / monthly payment runs
- Dealing with all supplier and client financial queries
- Providing support to the Group Management Accountant
- Detailed oriented with a passion for numbers
- Logical approach to reconciliations and problem solving
- Clear and concise communication across all levels of the organization
- Ability to effectively operate across multiple entities simultaneously
- Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Key point of contact for all enquiries including but not limited to: Suppliers, Royalties, Customers, Joint Venture partners
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum education to 'A' Level and AAT/ACCA/CIMA studier.
- Minimum two years prior experience in a similar role as a Financial Assistant
