Timely and accurate preparation, booking and reconciliation of all Payroll and Balance Sheet
Success will require close business partnering with HR and Payroll Department.
Preparation, analysis and calculation of annual requirements
Lead a monthly face to face presentation of all Payroll Reconciliations and highlighting any issues.
Co-coordinating, analyzing and reviewing the Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations for the Group.
Lead a monthly face to face presentation of the Balance Sheet
Excellent communication and collaboration with our offshore Finance Team who prepare much of the day-to-day accounting entries and prepare many of the Balance Sheet
Supporting the Annual Audit Process and responsible for Payroll and Balance Sheet deliverables
Support with Ad Hoc Statutory and compliance requirements
Support the Statutory, Tax and Compliance Accountant with our external Advisors on the preparation of our Annual Statutory Accounts and Tax Filings
Other general accounting support as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidates need to have advanced excel skills and confident reconciliations, excel and spreadsheet manipulation experience in order to apply.
